Not much happening today...like every other day.

Today is Herbalife's company orientation seminar. Basically, they spoke about their products as well as talk about healthcare and about the rate of people getting sick and getting diagnosed as obese or even down with cancer and heart problems even in their twenties, especially with the recent swine flu going around.

Goodbye, chicken flu. Hello, swine flu.

It never ends, it seems like. And it definitely seems like I really have an affinity with MLM companies. First, I got practically dragged by Kun Tai when I was in my Higher NITEC year in ITE Simei to Sunshine Empire (then known as NTI). Following that, when I was looking for a job a few years later, I ended up going to Venture Era. Then, about a year ago, I was once again looking for a job, and ended up getting dragged to Herbalife's orientation seminar which was held at the same place where I ended up going today!

I really seem to have an affinity with MLM companies for a reason that I can't comprehend. And the most ridiculous thing is that I went about with Keng Yeow and Lijie in the streets of Tan Que Lan street of Bugis for who knows how long, and it ended up that the place where I'm supposed to go to is only across the road from Bugis Junction...

Quite ridiculous.

We ended up going to Tampines One again after taking the MRT from Bugis, and playing another round of Pump It Up. I seemed to be quite addicted to this game for some reason. And I hadn't gone to the arcade for close to five years now. Maybe I should try Hard Mode the next time I go there, especially since I seemed to be able to handle Normal easily now.
